This is my skincare routine to address my concern of occasional breakout and hyperpigmentation caused from environmental damage (sun exposure) and internal factors (hormones, stress ect.)
Cleanser: Neostrata PHA cleanser
First thing in the morning I will use Neostrata PHA cleanser which is a soap-free, fragrance-free, gentle anti-ageing cleanser that removes impurities and exfoliates the skin without drying or stripping the skins barrier.
The polyhydroxy acids help to gentle exfoliate the skin, while panthenol (B5) assists in replenishing moisture and reducing skin inflammation.
Toner:THOCLOR GF2 spray
Next on a clean and dry skin in both the morning and evening, I will spray Thoclor GF2 all over and let to dry naturally on its own.
The magic ingredient in this product is hypochlorous acid. This formulation is designed to reverse damage on the skin cause by environmental factors. It assists in regulating skin hydration levels and reduces excess secretions of oil in the skin.
Thoclor GF2 works on improving skin immunity, reducing inflammation, reducing infection and healing injury.
Serums: Serum 10 and Discoloration Defence
Following this I will use 2 different Skinceuticals serums. First Serum 10 is a daytime antioxidant that is well-tolerated by the skin. This serum protects the skin from damage caused by environmental aggressors. The pure vitamin C (L-Ascorbic acid) reduces inflammation and redness in the skin as well as stimulates the production of collagen, improving skins luminosity, firmness and elasticity.
Skinceuticals Discoloration Defence
The 2nd serum is applied after the vitamin C and is the Skinceuticals Discoloration Defence. This serum is aimed at reducing suborn pigmentation, post-acne scarring and evening skin tone, whilst boosting skin brightness.
Mesoestetic Fast Skin Repair.
Over the serums, I then apply Mesoestetic Fast Skin Repair. This moisturiser assists in balancing skin microbiome, improving skin barrier function and reducing skin inflammation. Allantoin promotes healing in the skin, Centella asiatica restores skins integrity and liquorice extract inhibits tyrosinase activity, resulting in a brighter more skin complexion.
Moisturiser: Mesoestetic Fast Skin Repair & sun protection
The last step in my AM routine is SPF with Mesoprotech melan 130+ pigment control.
This is a sunblock that protects from both UVA and UVB radiation as well as infrared, blue light and high energy visible light. It contains additionally antioxidants and controls inflammation in the skin, preventing further pigmentation from forming.
In the evening I will do a double cleanse with Neostrata PHA cleanser.
Retinoic acid: Lamelle RA Cream
This is then followed by a thin layer of Lamelle RA cream. This retinoic acid addresses concerns of rough texture, uneven skin tone as well as fine lines and wrinkles.
Mask: Mesoestetic Anti-Stress Mask
Once a week I will use the mesoestetic Anti-stress mask. This mask has calming and repairing properties, reducing inflammation, improving hydration and balancing skin microbiome.
